By accessing or using our website, services, content, or subscription products (including the DMV Archiver Pass),
you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree,
you may not use the platform.

1. Overview

I’M SO DMV (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital platform dedicated to documenting, preserving, and celebrating DMV
culture through video, audio, and community‑driven submissions. These Terms govern your access to:

The DMV Archiver Pass subscription
User accounts and profiles
Video uploads and submissions
Community features, comments, and interactions
Any related services, features, or branded experiences

2. Eligibility

To use I’M SO DMV, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Create an account with accurate information
Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law
Agree to comply with these Terms and all platform rules

If you subscribe to the DMV Archiver Pass, you must also be legally able to enter into a binding financial agreement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring your information remains accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. DMV Archiver Pass Subscription

The DMV Archiver Pass is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including:

Ability to upload and archive content
Access to exclusive categories, tools, or events
Priority placement or visibility (if applicable)

By subscribing, you agree that:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed
Access to Archiver features ends when your subscription ends

We may modify pricing or features with notice.

5. User Content

“User Content” includes videos, audio, images, text, metadata, and any other material you upload or submit.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content OR have permission to upload it
Your content does not infringe on any third‑party rights
Your content complies with all laws and platform rules

You grant I’M SO DMV a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to:

Host, store, display, and stream your content
Use your content for platform promotion, discovery, and indexing
Create thumbnails, previews, and metadata

You retain full ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You agree NOT to upload or engage in:

Copyright‑infringing material
Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior
Violence, threats, or dangerous acts
Sexual content involving minors
Spam, scams, or misleading content
Attempts to bypass paywalls, roles, or platform restrictions

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Platform Rights

We may:

Modify or discontinue features
Remove content that violates these Terms
Enforce community guidelines
Update these Terms at any time

We are not responsible for:

User content
Third‑party links or services
Loss of data, interruptions, or technical issues
